HOLDS

Friends of Form agrees to hold items for up to 48 hours upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit in the amount of 15% of the full purchase price. Following the date a hold is initiated, the client has 48 hours until all items are placed back into available inventory. 

In the event that the client decides against proceeding with a purchase after submitting a deposit, Friends of Form will accept the deposit as payment towards any future purchase. 

PAYMENT

Friends of Form accepts credit card, check, ACH payments, cash, or electronic payment via Venmo, PayPal or Zelle. Payments are non-refundable once a transaction has been completed. 

RETURNS

All items are final sale. Friends of Form does not offer returns or refunds on 1-of-1 or vintage goods. Vintage items are sold as seen & described or recommissioned. Additional information and imagery can be provided upon request.

Terms & Conditions apply to all item(s) purchased from Friends of Form without exception. Purchasing from Friends of Form is understood as agreement and adherence to the following Terms & Conditions:

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Packing and shipping fees are not incorporated into the purchase price of any item(s) listed for sale. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping and delivery, though Friends of Form is happy to facilitate this process using our network of trusted shipping partners for an additional fee of $125. 

Once an item has left the premises, Friends of Form is no longer responsible for lost or damaged merchandise. 

Once paid in full, items can be stored in the studio at no extra charge for up to 4 weeks. After this period has lapsed, items remaining unclaimed will be subject to an accruing storage fee of $25 per day.

PICK-UP

Friends of Form offers free local pickup of purchased items by appointment, to be scheduled in advance between the hours of 10:00am - 6:00pm Monday-Friday. 

DESIGNER / TRADE DISCOUNT

Friends of Form extends a 10% trade discount and tax exemption to designers with an accredited resale certificate, to be supplied via email prior to a sale.
